David is a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with more than 40 years of industry experience. He is responsible for ensuring the technical proficiency of design solutions and plays an active role in maintaining the quality assurance (QA) systems that guide Multitech Solutions’ project delivery. David ensures that engineering outcomes remain aligned with client needs, project objectives, and value-driven design principles. Drawing on his extensive expertise in the laboratory and tertiary education sectors, David has contributed to the successful delivery of several major projects. Outside of work, David enjoys bike riding and driving fast cars, embracing his passion for speed and adventure.
Bim Kolade

Credentials: Diploma Hydraulic Design, Adv Diploma Mech Eng & QBCC
In his role as Managing Director, Bim overseas all operations, manages key client communications and ensures that projects are delivered to the highest professional standards. Bim Kolade has been a part of the building services industry for 16 years, beginning his career as a Draftsperson before advancing to the design and engineering aspects of hydraulics. Today, as our Senior Hydraulic Designer, Bim leads a team that handles a diverse range of Hydraulic projects, while also offering expert design advice for sprinkler systems. Outside of work, Bim is a passionate soccer enthusiast, dedicating his time to playing, watching, and reading about his beloved Liverpool FC. When he's not immersed in soccer, he’s spending quality time as a dedicated dad to his three daughters.
Kristine Kolade

Kristine Kolade joined Multitech three years ago, bringing with her 15 years of specialised tax consulting experience from two of the top 5 global Professional Services firms. With her extensive background in business strategy, client engagement, and market growth, Kristine plays a key role in shaping the organisation’s strategic marketing direction. Kristine manages the company’s client-facing media content and is instrumental in nurturing strong client relationships. Kristine also ensures that professional and competitive fee proposals are consistently delivered, supporting Multitech’s continued success and growth. Outside of work, Kristine is passionate about weightlifting, cooking, and spending quality time with her young daughters.
